I seem to have stuck on the boss Conclave of the Chosen. The chain “Mind Wipe” by Akunda’s Aspect makes it seemingly impossible to complete this boss as I am completely locked down. Personal loot means you have a chance at getting a single piece of gear, even if you’re the only person in the raid. Whereas legacy loot gives you all of the pieces that would have dropped for a full group. So yeah, you get more things that aren’t for you.
