It is a simple thing to do and limits the distance the trigger travels after it releases the hammer. Adding it, in my opinion, does shorten the trigger pull as it doesn't travel as far as it does without it. Also, there are some posts about putting a stop in the front of the trigger to limit the forward travel after it resets.

My other .32 pistol is a Seecamp, which beyond 5 yards is a "spray and pray" weapon. By contrast, the Kel Tec is a sniper's weapon!

Range Day 1: I shot 50 rounds of Fiocchi 73gr FMJ with no failures of any kind, a really good start. Range Day 2: Rinse and repeat of day 1 with another 50rds Fiocchi without a hitch, perfect. I got much more comfortable with the P32 and starting hitting better, and in way, it was enjoyable.
