Blue Star Families (BSF) of Richmond, Virginia (VA2) was formed in June 2007 in response to the need to provide support to the families of active duty military personnel. It is a chapter of Blue Star Mothers of America, Inc., which was chartered by Congress in 1960. We are a non-profit (501c3), non-sectarian, non-political organization. ...
