I scored 9 points fewer on NBME11 and 20 points fewer on NBME9, compared to my UWSA1. Some of the questions, and even few of the explanations imo, will make you pull your hair out. NBMEs are spot on when to comes to the style of step 2. Vague question stems. Lots of next step management questions. The question stems give additional symptoms that don't align with the main diagnosis to throw u off. At least, that's how I felt about it. Took it last week. Took NBME 10 and 11 and Free 120.
